The drainage tray is placed under the front of the grill.
Tip: use a plastic spatula to scrape off excess fat and food left on the grill plates, the cooking liquid will go directly into the drainage tray.
After use, empty the drainage tray, wash it with hot soapy water and dry it thoroughly with a paper towel.
